of the Borough of Swedesboro adopted from the time of publication
of the 1982 Code to the time of publication of the 2011 Code (from
February 1981 through March 2007), indicating either its inclusion
in the 1982 Code or the reason for its exclusion. [Enabling legislation
which is not general and permanent in nature is considered to be non-Code
material (NCM).] Once the location of an ordinance in the 1982 Code
is determined, consult the Derivation Table following this list to
ascertain the disposition of the ordinance in the 2011 Code. |
